a. Provides base security in support of the Command’s mission;

b. Plans and supervises the base internal and external security requirements;

​

c.  Provides aerodrome services and conduct fire crash and rescue operations;

​

d.  Provides command, control and communication system for the base;

​

e. Implements plans and programs for the administration and   operation of the base facilities;

​

f.  Operates the base morale, welfare and recreational facilities;

​

g. Plans and supervises the repair and maintenance of the base   facilities;

​

h. Participates in the rehabilitation and relief operations;

​

i. Performs Civil Military Operations within Area of Responsibility

​

j.  Provides health services; and

​

k. Perform other function as directed by Commander, ALC
